Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Sale or Promotional Items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items that are originally defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please send us an email at ecom.ja.mail@gmail.com and mail your item to: France.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
